We meet once a month from 9 am to 4pm. We have a speaker in the morning 6 times a year.
Then we process issues in the afternoon in a confidential space run by a highly experienced facilitator. This is the ONLY place where you can work on both personal issues that hold you back as well as professional issues of running your business. The round tables are your personal board of advisors. Up to 16 members in noncompeting industries of fellow business owners with similar talents and skills. We create a clearing for transformation.

RECEIVE INDIVIDUAL ONE ON ONE COACHING
Every member receives a Leadership Assessment that will determine your Archetype and Driving Forces. We will use this as a reference to guide us in our sessions. All members have the option of giving this assessment to their leadership team so we can map the style of the team. The members will then know the individual archetypes of each key member of their organization.
The Mastery Roundtable groups have different elements of learning. First is the meeting once a month from 9 am to 4 pm. Then each member receives a 2 hour One to One with Paul. Paul has 25 years of experience with hundreds of groups and has over 10,000 hours of one to one coaching. I have been a former Chair for Vistage and I was a mentor Chair – training other chairs to learn how to run their groups.
Executive Process Coaching is grounded in the model of transformative learning for leaders. It is based on Marshall Goldsmiths behavioral coaching, NLP, Organizations Lifecycles and healing lost aspects of your identity. Its for those who want to make a lasting impact with their people as well as the planet. This is life changing work. It will bring about positive, permanent shifts in the quality of your life. You will discover the fundamental principle of Self Awareness to allow you to be powerful, grounded, resourceful and present.

THE COST AND THE ELEMENTS
As we build the group in Portland the meetings will consist of two personal One on One sessions. You will receive two TWO HOUR SESSIONS of Executive Coaching per month and meet with other members as we build the group. I come to your office for the One to One sessions. After that the cost is $1,200 per month. Compared to Vistage at $1,380 per month you receive the same group benefits with a highly experienced Chair and Facilitator.
Paul Childs – that is me, is currently founder and managing partner of PLC & Associates, LLC and Businessmastery LLC. I work with CEOS, Successful Entrepreneurs and C-Level executives teams to Master Self Knowledge through leadership. I work from small to highly-matrixed and complex organizations coaching the senior leaders and their leadership teams.
I am one of the top speakers for Vistage International in the United States with over 300 talks on Archetypes of High Performance Leadership, Productivity and Personal Relationships. I have coached and mentored Vistage chairs and created many new group processes and methodologies.
I have have facilitated hundreds of group meetings with CEO roundtables, Strategic Planning Sessions, Branding Sessions and created Leadership Development tracks and methodologies. I have coached and mentored CEOs and Business Owners over the last 25 years with over 10,000 one on one coaching hours.
I am certified in several coaching methodologies including NLP Coaching and Mentoring, Marshall Goldsmith’s Behavioral Coaching; Executive Process Coaching an alternative to healing lost aspects of our identity and the Adizes Methodology of Organizational Lifecycles.
I administer leadership assessments and I am currently working on a book on Archetypes of leadership based on the quantitative analysis of the assessments accumulated over the last ten years.
I have been an entrepreneur and founded four successful companies including Century Data Products (a computer supply and leasing company), and Summit Corporate Partners a boutique investment banking firm. I owned my own Ad Agency as a Copywriter and Creative Director. I am currently working with a successful Tech Entrepreneur in Silicon Valley on his fourth start up. I authored a book “Leading Organizations from the Inside Out” to create cultural change through Action Learning Teams.
