ABOUT PAUL

Paul Childs is the founder and managing partner of Provarus, LLC a consulting firm as well as Business Mastery. A serial entrepreneur at heart, he has founded or co-founded three successful companies in the technology industry.

Paul served as a Vistage Chair for five years and a mentor chair. He is one of the top speakers in the Vistage network with over 120 talks on Mastering the Patterns of High Performance Leadership.

Executive Coaching

Paul honed his executive coaching practice over the years, through his work as an executive coach with Marshall Goldsmith’s A4SL organization, the Global Institute for Leadership Development, as a coach and trainer for Anthony Robbins and as a Seminar leader for the Landmark Forum. He worked as VP of Development for the Adizes Institute, under Dr. Ichak Adizes, and is certified teaching the Adizes Methodology—a proprietary system for managing the lifecycles of organizations.
Paul is an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner and is certified in Level I Spiral Dynamics (the study of complex communities and organizations). He is certified in DISC, VALUES, and TRIMETRIX analysis.

Marketing & Brand Strategy

Along the way Paul honed his marketing skills on both the advertising and production side for over 200 TV commercials, serving as producer and assistant director, including four award-winning spots for Levis, Volkswagen, Nike and Blue Cross. His practice includes Brand Strategy and disruptive Marketing meetings.
Paul’s consulting clients include the U.S. Navy, Applied Materials, Corbis (Bill Gates), AT&T, and Knight Capital Group, as well as the companies of many Vistage members.
His Business Mastery workshops on have been delivered around the world in Los Angeles, London, Mexico, Spain and even Slovenia.
Today, Paul spends his waking hours nurturing the company’s evolving vision, and working on clients’ business from the front lines. He’s won recognition in the business during his career. But his most valued achievement is the trust he has earned from his clients.
Paul is the co-author of “Leading Organizations from the Inside Out,” and is currently working on his second book “The Water in Which We Swim”.
He received his bachelor’s degree in business management from Antioch University, but in his spare time he attempt to do triathlons.
