When somebody–no matter how talented they are–breaches the line of mutual respect, they need to go. We encourage this with our team as well as our clients too.
We value people over profits : Profits are important — they keep the lights on and give us long term security — but we will not compromise the quality of our work or make ourselves miserable in pursuit of financial gain.
