The Journey toward Enlightenment or Becoming a Better Human
The world’s spiritual traditions have long emphasized the importance of unconditional acceptance in the journey toward enlightenment and self-realization.
By accepting what is, we stop fighting against reality, and deep-rooted resistance gives way to open space for a deeper sense of being.
The focus of this work is to develop and nurture yourself as the ‘Healer’ who can undo the deep conditioning that’s kept us from realizing compassion for ourselves and connection with our partners.
Management theory, conflict resolution, leadership development along with the world’s spiritual traditions have always emphasized unconditional acceptance as the first step in the journey to enlightenment and self awareness. By accepting what is, the present moment, we stop fighting against reality. The long-standing resistance to the way things are, can create space that allows an opening for a deeper sense of being.
We meet once or twice a month online or in person for 2 hours each time. We create a learning environment through journeying, dialog, and metaphor. We want to engage for a minimum of 6 months and two to three sessions we will meet in person for deeper work.
The work is about finding and integrating the lost parts of ourselves and bring them into wholeness. As Carl Jung said “I’d rather be whole than good.”
